Our client, who is an industry leader in student loans is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join their team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be part of the support team. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Help Desk Specialist
Location: Fishers, IN
Pay Range: 27/hour
What’s the Job?
- Work with application owners to gather and submit user access lists per application
- Review submitted user lists for compliance with required format
- Partner with application owners to submit user access lists within tight deadlines
- Coordinate and manage user access revocations
- Monitor data submissions to completion
What’s Needed?
- Excellent organizational skills, verbal communication skills and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret and organize data into accessible formats (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Develop status reports for user access reviews and access revocation requests
- Experience with SharePoint a plus
- Experience with Service Now a plus.
