Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales enablement programs that enhance the sales team's knowledge, skills, and effectiveness.
- Partner with sales leadership to understand needs, gaps and goals.
- Create and maintain sales training materials, including playbooks, presentations, and e-learning content.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure sales materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Analyze performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve training and resource offerings.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for the sales team, both in-person and virtually.
- Coach sales representatives on key selling techniques and strategies in deal reviews with leadership.
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product to foster collaboration and information sharing.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in sales enablement with experience selling in the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials on competitors.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with sales reps.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce and Sales Methodologies (MEDDPICC).
- A knack for creativity and an eagerness to innovate in sales strategies.
- Proficiency with learning management systems or sales enablement tools.
- We are currently hiring in Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX. While we are a remote-first workplace, we want Crunchers in one of these locations to better facilitate periodic in-person meetings, get-togethers, and training.
