DSI is a sales enablement company with an immediate career opportunity for an MDU Operations Associate. This position plays a key role in the day-to-day support of DIRECTV MDU (Multi-Dwelling Units) Dealer Channel, processing property leads and flowing through in the proprietary SFDC Software system.
As the MDU Operations Associate, you will work on a team to review, process, and manage contracts in addition to supporting documents and paperwork required to launch a DIRECTV MDU Beam or Stream property. The role will require strong communication, problem-solving skills, relationship building, and the ability to work with multiple dealers and properties moving through the operations funnel at the same time in the SFDC pipeline.

- Work with dealer partners to manage leads and enter properties into the SFDC pipeline
- Verify and submit paperwork to move opportunities through the process
- Confirm all checkpoints on right-of-entry agreements, proof of ownership, and service contracts
- Communicating with dealers on properties moving through the sales stages to completion
- Processing reimbursement requests from dealers from available subsidy dollars by claiming
- On-boarding and training new dealers on the SFDC process
- Work as a team by moving properties through SFDC to launch and activation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience in the satellite or telecom industry is preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Specific qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Strong professionalism with a proven track record in sales
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with solid spoken and written communication skills
- Existing experience managing a sales pipeline and closing business
