RemX is looking for Local Remote Call Center Reps, must live in the Homestead/South Miami area.
Pay: $18/hr for bilingual candidates (English/Spanish)
Hours: Must be open to work shifts between 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM Monday – Sunday (Must be available for weekend scheduling)
Title: Member Experience Advisor
- Assist callers with questions and navigations of health or meal benefits
- Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
- High School diploma
- Goal-driven and detail oriented
