Join Our Team as a Remote Call Center Team Lead!
Are you an experienced call center professional looking for a new challenge? We’re seeking a skilled Call Center Team Lead to lead our remote team and drive exceptional customer service.
Position: Senior Call Center Team Lead
Pay: $23/hr.-Weekly pay!
Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-F (8hr Shift between these hours)
**Equipment Provided and shipped directly to your home**
****Must live in the specific states of either Texas, Kentucky, Arizona, Georgia, Florida and or Utah to be considered****
Start Date: Mid November 2024
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Call Center Supervisor with driving performance metrics for all team members
- Assist supervisor with QA monitoring of agents to ensure Risk and Compliance Measures/Policies and Procedures are being met.
- Manage daily attendance for the team & Daily team chats.
- Handle escalated issues and provide effective resolutions.
- At times may lead morning huddles and shift end huddles.
- Analyze advanced metrics on agents daily stats.
- Manage weekly reports on team and agent level performance
Requirements: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF PREVIOUS LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE.
- Previous experience as a team lead in a Call Center or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in call center software.
- ***MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OR MORE OF PREVIOUS LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE***No exceptions!
