As the Business Operations Lead at Material Security, you will be responsible for analyzing a variety of business data sets, identifying opportunities for improvement, making strategic recommendations and implementing processes to support those recommendations. You will work on projects across functions with a focus on the go to market strategy and operations. You will be working with all levels of management, including senior leadership and will have the opportunity to make an impact on the organization.
Responsibilities

Conduct analysis into our go to market strategy, with a focus on the customers we are targeting, the pipeline we are generating, our ability to close that pipeline and retain those customers

Review processes in place for deal desk, invoicing, commissions, territory planning, to name a few areas, and recommend improvements

Understand the customer journey here at Material and look for opportunities to improve the experience and operations

Work with Ffinance on budgeting and forecasting for the go to market areas

Ad hoc things such as investor reporting, Board presentation preparation, etc

Compensation at Material Security is determined by a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position $175,000-$200,000.
