LOCATIONS: Remote with restrictions
**Must live within 70 Miles of Miramar FL to pick up equipment**
Pay: $18
Hours: Monday – Sunday 8am – 11pm (Must be open)
Title: Remote Bilingual (Spanish/English) CSR
Responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits
Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
Provide education and status on previously submitted documents and requests
Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
Self Motivated with the ability to overcome objection
Establish own book of business through empathy and good listening
Requirements:
1 year of customer service experience with the same company
Call Center experience is a PLUS
Excellent Communication and multi tasking
Previous Sales or Benefits Experience is Ideal
Must live 70 miles or less from Miramar Florida
High School diploma
Goal-driven and detail oriented
Must be able to clear background check
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Must be able to hardwire into your internet modem
