Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is seeking a motivated Medical Call Center Reps. Join our team as a Medical Call Center Representative! We’re seeking compassionate, detail-oriented individuals to assist patients, inquiries, and basic medical benefits support. Position: Remote Medical Call Center Reps.
Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-Fri (8hr Shift between these hours will be assigned)
Equipment Provided and shipped directly.
Start Date: November 2024
***MUST BE RESIDE IN THE FOLLOWING US STATES OF UT, FL, AZ, GA, KY, or TX FOR CONSIDERATION***
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with some medical benefit inquires.
- Provide accurate information on medical services and procedures.
- Verify patient information and insurance details.
- Maintain confidential patient records and follow HIPAA guidelines.
- Assist with follow-up communications and reminders.
Qualifications: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OR CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Experience in medical benefit investigation (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of health insurance plans and coverage but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Adhere to all required KPI's.
- High Speed internet with modem access
