This company works with healthcare providers (doctor’s offices) to collect medical charts. You would be assigned to provider(s) who are not sending back the medical charts as requested. You would need to identify any roadblocks preventing charts from being collected and remove those roadblocks so the team can work with the provider again to collect charts as needed.
The ideal candidate will be very research/data driven.
You will need to find problems and present solutions, document trends, work well with other departments, build consensuses and present that information to departments.
As this company’s Provider Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the inventory for this group, and coordinating closely with the Client, Provider, and company Operations Teams to facilitate the release of medical records requests.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Must have excellent computer skills including MS Excel.
- High School Diploma or GED
