The Junior Regional Operations Analyst will play a vital role in optimizing operational performance across our regional operations. This position involves data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and support our mission of improving healthcare through data connectivity.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Transaction Logging: Log all call transactions into the designated computer software systems accurately.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process enhancements that improve operational workflows and productivity.
- Project Support: Assist in the execution of sub regional projects and initiatives, providing analytical support, operational support, and monitoring progress against goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Regional Operations Manager, Senior Regional Operations Analyst, and department heads to align operational strategies and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Compliance: Ensure operational practices align with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analysis, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in operations analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar).
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of operational metrics and performance measurement.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
