The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for aΒ Remote Data Entry Operator, working inΒ Light IndustrialΒ industry inΒ Atlanta, Georgia, United States.
- Test software tools and systems to identify and recommend process improvements through their manager that will help eliminate errors and enhance the customer experience.
- Support and promote change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Meet or exceed departmental quality and service standards.
- Deliver routine work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meet deadlines appropriately.
- Make routine & non-routine decisions, apply limited but increasingly more discretion within role except for matters of significance which affect the business as a whole or a significant part of it, in accordance with established procedures & guidelines.
- Determine eligibility and confirms effective dates for benefit elections based on contractual guidelines.
- Leverage critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create and modify member level records across multiple products, applications, platforms.
- Maintain accurate member records by verifying dates, names, salary figures, and other information provided by groups.
- Apply policy provisions for effective dates, evidence of insurability and other pertinent information to determine necessary changes.
- Consider what the customer will experience in all actions.
- Recognize what needs to be done to meet customer needs and demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness on system work independently.
- Carry out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines.
- Comply with all company and site policies and procedures.
- Remain current in profession and industry trends.
- Make suggestions for improvement.
- Learn new skills, procedures and processes
- Perform other duties as required.

Experience Required for Your Success
- High School or GED (Minimum Required)
- No prior experience required
- No Licensure or Certification Required
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret internal documents such as but not limited to policy and procedures and standard operating procedures
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Works with mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, averages and/or variances
- Ability to interpret and apply common sense understanding to carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
