What you’ll do for us (big picture):
In this role you will be responsible for processing orders and providing customers with timely information regarding product availability, both for existing and new offerings. As a member of the Customer Service (CS) Team, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Technical Support teams, while supporting the local CS team in accomplishing core tasks. Additionally, you will serve as a back-up within the global Acre Security CS team, support global tasks where applicable, and contribute to optimization and innovation projects impacting the global CS organization
Specifically, you’ll focus on the following:
- Enter and process customer orders using the NetSuite system.
- Provide customers with timely updates on product availability.
- Confirm orders, ensuring all relevant details are accurate.
- Coordinate logistics with customers and warehouse partners.
- Offer exceptional support to customers in managing their daily operations.
- Assist customers in resolving pricing discrepancies.

- Strong business acumen and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in ERP and CRM systems, with the ability to utilize these tools efficiently in alignment with defined processes.
- Excellent command of Business English for professional communication with international customers and colleagues.
- Organized, self-motivated, and driven, with strong planning skills.
- Effective team player, able to support others and build strong relationships across all levels.
