Here’s what you’ll experience working as a Representative, Patient SolutionsÂ
- Working with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner or Meditech.Â
- Working in a fast-paced call center to provide callers with resolution – your day will go by quickly!Â
- Exercising flexibility and problem-solving skills as you work in an environment with frequent changes.Â
Required SkillsÂ
- High school diploma or GEDÂ
- 1-year previous work experience as patient services/customer service representativeÂ
- Understanding of basic insurance follow-up concepts (i.e. billing, collections, managed care, Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial practicesÂ
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $14.69 - $19.30 per hour .
