We're in search of a Team Support Specialist - Waiver support to join the team. For this position, we're looking for a detail oriented indivudal who will, among other tasks:
1.       Demonstrate ability to engage individuals in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner regardless of disability or phase of recovery.
2.    Provide outstanding customer service.
3.       Work with supervisory team to ensure all collaborative plans are uploaded into the WSA System as well as all ISPA plans.
4.       Checks individuals out and manages the flow of individuals and families, and other patrons out of doctors and administrative offices.Â
5.       May include answering and triaging internal and external telephone calls, including conducting initial screening of individuals to determine the nature of requests or problems, taking messages, referring to the appropriate parties, and performing related customer service activities representing the program to the general public.Â
6.       Pulling, filing, auditing, and maintaining charts for the team assigned.
7.       Closing Team charts and creating retention charts.Â
8.       May take and maintain Team meeting minutes as requested.Â
9.       Maintaining the WSA and ISPA tracking upload spreadsheets, making changes and making follow-up phone calls to the case managers or ABA providers to ensure all documents are correct before uploading.Â
10.   Ensuring all 3 party policy layers are entered for third party insurances and ensure case manager is aware to obtain 3 party insurance information.Â
11.   Ensuring monthly “Non-Medicaid” individuals are reported to the case managers for follow up.
12. Collaborates on special Team projects as assigned. Â
