*This is a fully remote position, but you must be based in the US Central Timezone (without relocating).
What you get to do:
- Facilitate training using various methods such as asynchronous bite-sized content, virtual and/or in person classroom instruction, practical training, role-playing, group discussion, etc.
- Leverage multiple training platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet and learning management systems
- Advise participants in the program to help meet established schedules or resolve technical challenges.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs during and after the training program to measure for desired effects.
- Support revenue generation by helping our new hires get productive fast.
- Act as an internal consultant to managers and leaders. Listen for the opportunities to elevate their teams and match the identified need with a proper development solution.
- Review analytics on learning platforms to gauge learner’s understanding of training content.
- Curate training materials from a variety of sources
- Audits program content to ensure content is relevant and up to date with any organizational updates.
What you need to bring:
- 1+ year of experience as a corporate sales trainer or B2B sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A Bachelor’s degree is highly advantageous
- Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
