Welcome to US Anesthesia Partners, a national anesthesia-focused physician services organization sponsored by private equity firms WCAS, Berkshire Partners, and GIC. We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic corporate team. The Director – Growth and Business Development – Elevated Practice Solutions (EPS) is responsible for winning new clients by nurturing relationships with healthcare systems not currently served by USAP, and leading clients through the sales cycle including structuring deals that are beneficial to the client organization and to US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) as the industry leader. They will form new relationships for revenue cycle management and other offers in the Elevated Practice Solutions portfolio as well as participate in conferences, thought leadership and other promotion to further this objective. The candidate will leverage established relationships focusing on Anesthesia provider organizations, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers nationally to strengthen trust with clients by demonstrating best in class content knowledge across a broad range of complex issues in business and healthcare.

Job Highlights
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads the prospecting, pursuit, deal structuring, handoff to operations and deal closure of net new clients for the offers of Elevated Practice Solutions.
- Partners with the USAP executive leadership in the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of outsourcing agreements.
- Creates and fosters new and existing relationships to enhance strategic alliances with anesthesia leaders nationally.
- Manages the business development pipeline for planning and forecasting purposes along with compiling detailed notes with each sales opportunity.
- Understands the business levers within anesthesia and works in a manner that fully supports the growth and success of the Elevated Practice Solutions.
- Communicates effectively across a variety of formats to including development and delivery of presentations to key stakeholders ensuring alignment and maximum impact.
- Directs due diligence projects to assemble, organize and evaluate information for the identification of opportunities and risks for all partnership prospects.
- Directs onboarding and implementation activities between the customer and EPS.
Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSAs):
- Previous sales experience related to revenue cycle management (RCM) services within healthcare. (Anesthesia-specific RCM experience is appreciated but not required).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or relevant field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in revenue cycle management.
- Experience building and negotiating complex contracts.
