Job Description
Your shift will either be from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 3:30 PM - 12 AM CST. For either shift, you are also required to work your chosen shift every Sunday.
- Takes incoming calls from injured workers seeking medical attention from doctors.
- Ensures injured workes have all the necessary paperwork to seek treatment.
- Provides administrative processes support for routine "back office" tasks such as data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish - Fluent (Takes Spanish speaking calls)
- Ability to Multi-task
- Computer Skills
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $16.00 - $17.00 hourly and will be based on a number of additional factors, including skills, experience, and education.
