Document Specialist/Mail Clerk for our client, one of our top clients, information management and digital services company located in
Duluth, GA 30097
1st Shift: Monday - Friday; 6:30am - 2:30pm
Pay Rate: $14.28 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

What’s a typical day as a Document Specialist? You’ll be:
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, assembling, and binding documents.
• Meeting deadlines in a high-pressure environment while maintaining quality and error-free work.
• Achieving company production standards by maintaining optimal machine performance and completing all paperwork accurately and on time.
• Communicating problems effectively and promptly to the manager.
• Preventing assembly errors by maintaining an organized workstation.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess basic PC skills and typing skills.
Must have some office, administrative experience
• Can work in a team environment and maintain positive relationships with co-workers, management, sales, and production departments.
• Are adaptable to changing situations and flexible in your approach.
• Can perform repetitive work while maintaining quality and output standards.
• Are available to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays.
• Can work in a production facility and handle moderate noise levels.
• Can handle moderate stress levels and cope with stressful situations for extended periods of time.
• Are physically able to stand on your feet for at least eight (8) hours per day and lift and move supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
