We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Events Coordinator to plan and execute successful sales meetings across regions. As a key member of our team, you'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and ensure seamless event execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume sales meetings, training labs, and events
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and vendor partnerships
- Maintain event calendars, track progress, and ensure timely payments
- Develop and implement effective event management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales management and executive leadership
- Manage and track operating expenses (OPEX) for events, ensuring adherence to budget
- Travel up to 10% annually
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in event planning, sales administration, or related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and KSEA business applications
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities
