What’s a typical day as Special Investigations Department Support? You’ll be:
• Researching and initiating telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner.
• Providing excellent customer service through telephone and email outreach.
• Making decisions and responding quickly to questions.
• Performing data entry and typing tasks.
• Utilizing interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.
• Demonstrating clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiently using Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word).
• Paying attention to detail in all tasks.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Have experience in telephone and email outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
• Have data entry and/or typing experience.
• Possess interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.
• Have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Are proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word).
• Are detail-oriented.
Preferred qualifications:
• 1 year of customer service experience, including call center or telemarketing.
• 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment.
• Referral preference given to applicants able to take and meet Microsoft Excel and Word testing criteria.
