What’s a typical day as an Export Facilitation & Compliance Analyst - III? You’ll be:
• Reviewing, preparing, submitting, and managing export licenses and license exceptions under the Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations.
• Collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, Sales & Marketing to ensure proper documentation and authorization for export licensing before project commencement.
• Working with other members of the licensing organization to share best practices.
• Managing OCR/EASE recordkeeping and reporting.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have direct experience in U.S. export licensing.
• Are experienced in SNAP-R licensing.
• Have knowledge of license exception management.
• Possess advanced Excel or Smartsheet skills.
• Have general computer skills.
• Have 7+ years of experience in export compliance and licensing.
• Are highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and able to make well-thought-through decisions in a timely manner.
• Have strong English reading, writing, and analytical skills.
Highly preferred skills & experience:
• Experience in OCR.
• Familiarity with foreign national employee licensing and reviews.
• Knowledge of SNAP-R reporting.
• Experience with GTS/SAP.
• Strong trade technical knowledge of US export control laws and regulations.
Job Qualifications:
• 7+ years in Trade Compliance.
• 5+ years of experience in export licensing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
