This is a long term temporary position that can turn into permanent hire!
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18 per hour
Shift: 8 AM - 4 PM Monday - Friday

What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
• Assisting the Sr. Customer Service Manager with administrative functions and projects
• Supporting the sales teams and executive committee
• Preparing and modifying documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
• Managing various spreadsheets and reports
• Receiving and directing website email requests
• Sourcing, ordering, and managing supply inventory for business cards, POS premiums, and other materials
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and parties
• Monitoring and checking in visitors at the front door
• Handling daily invoicing procedures
• Assisting with IFT registrations
• Preparing agendas for meetings and maintaining schedules
• Running local errands and maintaining break room supply inventory
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Possess problem-solving abilities and can proactively deal with work-related issues
• Are accountable and take responsibility for your actions
• Have a commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork within a collaborative environment
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Are proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
