RemX is looking for Local Miami REMOTE Customer Service Reps for a reputable organization in Miramar & Plantation, FL.
- Title: Customer Service Representative
- Pay: $18/hour for bilingual candidates English and Spanish
- Start date: variety of start dates
- Hours: Must be flexible to work any 8 hour shift between 7am-11pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Inbound calls
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
- Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Must Be Local Miami-Dade/Broward County
- High School diploma
- Detail oriented
