NTT DATA Services currently seeks remote Help Desk Rep's for a 2+ month contract role.
In this role you would be trained to support members with functions such as changing a password, unlocking an account, general navigation of the site, syncing devices and when unable to assist, submitting a ticket for further research. Once the ticket is resolved, you would reach back out to the member to alert them of the resolution.
Must have High Speed Broadband internet connection of 100download/25upload (test will be required)
Role Responsibilities
-Customer Service with effective delivery of company products and services
- Responds to telephone inquiries
- Provides information on equipment, supplies and services.
- Processes telephone orders by preparing patient paperwork.
- Data entry
- Resolves patient complaints by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective action.
Required Skills/Experience
• 1+ years experience working in a virtual call center.
• 1+ years in a role supporting call volumes as high as 100 per day.
• 1+ years experience working with a ticketing platform such as ServiceNow or Remedy
• Keyboarding skills and able to type 45 WPM with 95% accuracy.
• 1+ years Microsoft 360 basic applications (Outlook, Teams, One Drive)
• 1+ years Avaya One X or comparable telephonic software knowledge
Education: Verifiable high school diploma or GED is required.
Hours: Training: 9am to 5:30pm ET. After training will be assigned to a shift between 9am and 7pm EST

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $16.00.. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
