Shipping Coordinator
We are seeking a shipping coordinator for our client in Longmont. Certification in hazardous materials is a PLUS. Must have 3+ years experience.

Shipping Coordinator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $23.00 to $25.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
•Prepare Packing Lists and Bills of Lading for outgoing shipments
•Schedule pickups with freight carriers
•Verify accuracy and completeness of all shipping labels
•Act as backup Receiver to receive incoming components. Inspect physical goods for accuracy against packing list, identify damage, complete receiving in ERP system, and shelve parts.
•Provide shipping quotes in a timely manner to sales personnel for order quoting
•Assembly of electrical and mechanical components as required
.•Clearly communicates with Order Administration, Materials Management, Production Staff, and others to ensure shipment of goods to customers accurately and on time
•Ensures that all shipping systems, procedures and processes are followed, including palletizing of products, labeling, and preventive maintenance, and that all tools requiring verification or calibration are current
•Accurately updates shipping and ERP systems with information as necessary
Shipping Coordinator Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, and computer based inventory systems.
- Hazardous Materials shipping certification (49CFR).
- Ability to perform basic mechanical and electrical assembly with basic power tools.
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English as needed to perform the job duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand/walk, carry 40-60lbs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
