Hours: Hours vary between 7am-11pm Mon-Sun
Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Inbound calls only
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues.
- Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance.
Requirements:
- 1 year of recent call center experience
- 6 moths of previous remote work experience
- High School diploma/ GED Required
- Complete Bilingual Spanish Test and Basic computer assessment
