What You’ll be Doing
• Be the first point of contact for our guests and employees while supporting general administrative tasks for the leadership onsite
Looking for an opportunity to be the first smile that our team members see every day? Do others marvel at your ability to organize and run the details? In this role, you’ll be situated at our front desk to greet guests and our teammates alike. You’ll utilize your detail orientation to complete the general administrative duties needed for the site.
You'll report to the Site Administrator. You’ll make an impact by helping our associates to successfully obtain their insurance license(s) and appointment(s) to allow the company to conduct business in each state.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy and completion of site related admin records and reports
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, processes, and reporting to keep key stakeholders informed.
- Learn key business objectives, timeframes, and requirements associated with each client campaign
- Understand and improve the key success metrics associated with front desk responsibilities
- Deliver consistent customer service and communication internally & externally
- Partner with the Facilities department on security including biometrics & access control
- Adeptness to learn technology quickly
What You Bring to the Role
- Resourceful to partner successfully with teams, management and clients
- High level of integrity, judgment and follow through
- Keen attention to detail and desire to follow procedures
- Great technical, analytical, verbal and written communications skills
- Dedication to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of customer and employee data
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint),
- Adeptness to learn technology quickly
- Minimum of one-year clerical experience
- High School Matric Certificate - D aggerate including English proficiency
