Make up to $96 per hour as a Registered Nurse (RN) in La Grange, IL and surrounding areas and get complete control over your work schedule. With IntelyCare, you'll get flexibility in your day-to-day life while maintaining security for your future. That's because we hire our nursing professionals as W2 employees so they get access to benefits, training, and the support they deserve.
As a company, we believe that nursing professionals have been asked to prioritize their work lives at the expense of their personal lives for far too long. We've come up with a solution that gives you the flexibility you need to finally create an authentic work-life balance. Our partnerships with quality healthcare facilities in your area will give you choices as you decide where, when, and how often you want to work.
Imagine how a flexible schedule could enhance your life. If you've been wishing you could make it to more of your child's Lyons Township soccer games, we think you should be able to make that a priority. Maybe you want to schedule evening shifts so your mornings are free for a jog at Spring Rock Park. Or you might want to pursue further education at Loyola University Chicago School of Nursing. No matter your goals, we're here to cheer you on. Check out a few more reasons to join our team here.

At IntelyCare, we've built our company around our nursing professionals, not the other way around. That makes all the difference for our nursing professionals (called "IntelyPros"). Here's what some of them have to say about their experience with us:
"IntelyCare allows me to have the work-life balance I needed. Working for this company is a privilege – my life has been better ever since!"
"I really enjoy working with IntelyCare! The app is very easy to use, the staff is always available and helpful, and the pay is great! I have completed shifts through IntelyCare in three different states and I can’t complain. This company is very organized!"
"IntelyCare gives you the opportunity to work on your own terms. It offers you the flexibility to work when you want and gives you all the tools necessary to achieve financial freedom. They display the amount of money you’ll make prior to accepting a shift and allows you to work overtime, which is great."
"I love IntelyCare because of the flexibility. Being a single mother of a disabled child while pregnant with another child is hard enough. Not having a set schedule allows me to work around mine and my child’s doctor appointments while still earning a living."
