Trauma experience required
Skills:
• CRRT (Prismaflex) experience for night shift
• Interpretation/management of dysrhythmias
• Multi-system organ failure
• IV Insulin protocols
• GI surgery
• Chronic/acute renal failure
• CVVHD/CRRT/Shunts and Fistula Care
• Accessing Ports
• Arterial line management
• Blood Product Administration
• Central line care/PICC line management
• Starting IVs/Continuous IV Sedation/Procedural Sedation Admin.
• Titrate Cardiac & Vasoactive drips
• CVA/Acute Stroke management
• External ventricular drains (EVD)
• Hypothermia protocol/Artic Sun
• ICP Monitoring
• Post Neurosurgery management
• Spinal cord injury/TBI
• Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal
• Assist with management of BiPAP/CPAP
• Care of Ventilated Patient/Ventilator Management
• High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
• Interpretation of ABGs
• Suctioning (ETT, NT)
• Infection Prevention/Isolation Precautions/Use of PPE
• Phlebotomy
• Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac
