As a Mobile Research Unit Operator (MRUO), you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and availability of our MRU (Mobile Research Units) in the local or regional communities we serve. This role is multi-functional covering several key areas of our organization, such as fleet, clinical research, and community engagement. In addition to fleet support, our Mobile Research Unit Operators provide basic clinical support with our clinical trials and local community health events. There is potential for travel not limited to local or regional, as we operate multiple site locations throughout the United States.
QUALIFICATIONS
Frequently stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, and squat
Occasionally sit, reach above shoulders, perform desk-based computer tasks, use a telephone, and handwrite.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Handle maintenance and repair issues, ensuring prompt resolution of vehicle-related downtime incidents, recalls, or warranty matters.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventative maintenance and cleaning for MRUs and associated equipment (e.g., generators).
Maintain accurate records and logs of vehicle service events, failures, design issues, and preventive maintenance activities.
Assist with the screening, recruiting, and/or perform telephone or in-person interviews to gather data, as needed.
The typical base pay range for this role is USD $53,600 - $72,500 per year.
Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills and other market-based factors.
