Job Position: Program Director - Non Profit
Location: Pontiac, MI 48341
Pay Rate: $55,000.00-$60,000.00
Overview:
Oversee and manage all aspects of a non-profit program focused on trauma-informed care.
Supervise program staff and provide support to residents.
Collaborate with the Executive Director on strategic planning and implementation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement program goals and policies.
Manage program activities and staff.
Provide direct services to residents.
Engage the community in prevention work.
Foster and maintain community partnerships.
Qualifications:
Master's in Social Work (MSW, LMSW, LCSW)
3-4 years of experience in trauma-informed care or group care
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for helping others and making a positive impact
Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00
