Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Partners Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
You will be responsible for managing relationships with our business partners to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Become an expert in the tech offshore staffing industry.
• Identify and develop a portfolio of service providers focused on software development.
• Coordinate and manage communication between the company’s prospects and its partners.
• Assist in maintaining strong relationships with external partners and customers.
• Maintain the company CRM with all company partners and customers.
• Help identify and resolve potential issues in partner relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish.
- Prior experience working with partners or customers is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Located in, or willing to work from our offices in Boca Raton, Florida – not remote.
