What a typical day looks like
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Some upselling of products or services to existing customers may be required

- Active P&C license in your residence state.
- High speed internet
- Computer Competence
- MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH, THIS ROLE IS MOSTLY SPANISH SPEAKING
- HSD or Equivalent
