CNC Machinist– Baton Rouge
FULL-TIME/LONG-TERM/EVALUATION HIRE
$20-$35/ Hr.
This job has a rotating schedule that is 2 weeks days: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm, then 2 weeks nights: Monday - Thursday 3pm - 1am (10 hr. shifts)
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently seeking a reliable and hard working CNC Machinist for a local client in East Baton Rouge.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for CNC Machinist:
- Read and interpret drawings and 3-D Models, Program, Setup, and Operate CNC Mill
- Operate equipment to produce product to high quality standards
- Demonstrate proper setup and work holding skills
- Strong G & M code knowledge
- Measure and record all necessary quality inspection requirements
- Validating programs and setups to ensure quality is maintained
Skills and Experience REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work all shifts including overtime and weekends
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- CNC Milling
- Must have attention to detail
BENEFITS ONCE HIRED ON PERMANENTLY WITH THE COMPANY:
Full time, Monday-Friday Schedule up to $25/hr based on experience
