CLIENT:	Reid Health - Richmond Clinic
SETTING:	OP adults
START DATE:	ASAP *Orientation every Monday, cannot start midweek.
GUARANTEE:	40 hours
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH:	13 Weeks
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE:	Highly prefers OP adults experience - Will accept strong new grad with OP adults in clinicals - If a new grad, would probably prefer Richmond clinic since it has a bigger team
STAFF:	5 PTs

CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:	Caseload: Avg 3-4 evals/day - Half the day evals and the other half re-eval/treatments - depending on if 5x8 schedule or 4x10 Population: Adults Fast paced setting-needs someone to hit the ground running
SCHEDULE:	Mon-Fri 8 hour days, can accommodate 4x10s. - Day off is more flexible at Richmond, but will need to discuss and look at availability for Connersville
ADDITIONAL INFO:	This is a fast paced clinic so PT will need to be able to keep up with caseload and documentation. I have 3 PT jobs opened with Reid: (1) OP Adults (1) OP Peds (1) IP Acute Adults Delta friendly client-great team to work with! IN PT Compact License available *Please note CL ADL timeframe: Avg time for me to receive signed ADL back is 3-5 business days (not counting weekends). I have to send ADL to HR, she will review then pass on to the VP to sign, the Executive Asst walks it over to HR to send back to me. Once I send to HR to start this process, there is NO worry about the CL changing their minds or anything, this is just their normal process and I've done and tried everything to expedite this.

BILL RATE:	$75-$90 based on experience *must have 3+ years of OP adult exp for $90
