RemX is looking for Local Remote Call Center Reps in Plantation, FL. WILL HAVE TO GO ONSITE SOMETIMES
Location: Remote but live local for equipment pickup
Pay: $17/hr and $18/hr for bilingual candidates (English/Spanish)
Hours: Multiple different shifts available between 7am-11pm (Will require at least ONE WEEKEND DAY)
Title: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities: MEALS
- Advise customers on benefits of using Medical Meal Deliveries, encouraging them to sign up for free benefits
- Help customers sign up for Medical Meal Deliveries
- Assist with scheduling and issues concerning Medical Meal Deliveries
- Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance.
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
- High School diploma
- Goal-driven and detail oriented
