Title: Bilingual Healthcare Representative
This is a remote opportunity, but must be in the South Miami area.
Responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits
Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
Provide education and status on previously submitted documents and requests
Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
Self Motivated with the ability to overcome objection
Establish own book of business through empathy and good listening
Requirements:
1 year of customer service experience with the same company
Call Center experience is a PLUS
Excellent Communication and multi tasking
Previous Sales or Benefits Experience is Ideal
High School diploma
Goal-driven and detail oriented
Must be able to clear background check
