Direct Hire; year round opportunity
Pay: $23/hr. *Performance based incentives Type of position:
Hours: Must be open for scheduling between Monday – Saturday 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM for a 40 hour shift
Job Requirements:
• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
• Some upselling of products or services to existing customers may be required
Qualifications:
• Active Property and Casualty license
• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• Great written and verbal communication skills?in Spanish-English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
• Integrity to follow guidelines on maintaining members’ privacy
• Computer experience
• Must have High speed internet (> 10 mbps)
