Mercy Float Pool:
If you love change and like to learn something new every day then the Float Pool is for you!
Float Pool gives the opportunity to develop clinical assessment skills as well as sharpen skills in communication and teamwork. Health care workers who are compassionate, hard-working, and flexible will find working on this unit very rewarding!
Locations you may float to:
- SLTO: New Ballas Rd
- Jefferson: Festus
- South: South St Louis County- Kennerly Rd
- Washington: Washington, MO
L&B Float Pool Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years Labor & Birth RN experience. Six months of this experience should be within the last year.
- Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
- Preferred Education: BSN
- License: current RN license in our state
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
Mercy Regional Travel RN:
If you are an experienced Labor and Delivery RN we have a Regional Travel position. The Registered Nurse will travel to all our Mercy St. Louis area hospitals!
Travel Perks:
- Base Rate (calculated off experience) PLUS an additional Float Incentive

- Every 4th weekend
