Automotive Mechanic – Baton Rouge, LA
EVALUATION HIRE
$18-25/ hr. DOE
Monday - Friday 8 am - 8 pm (shifts may vary)
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring an Automotive Mechanic for a local client in East Baton Rouge.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Mechanic:
- Advanced automotive knowledge of repair/services
- Advanced knowledge of A/C work
- Advanced knowledge of transmission servicing
- Advanced knowledge of servicing Brakes, shocks, engine work, and diagnostics
- Other shop duties include taking out trash, cleaning, stocking and keeping shop organized
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Qualified candidates should own some tools needed for the job.
- Reliable with integrity
- Good communication skills and a customer service focused attitude
- Valid Drivers License
- Clean MVR and Felony Free Background required for this position
