Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Occupational Therapist - Home Health
Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- WV License
- 1 year experience
- Home health experience
- Successful completion of an occupational therapy program at a school of occupational therapy approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of American Medical Association or the committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- BLS
- 2-3 years of occupational therapy experience preferred
Other Details:
- Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer, such as, usernames and password concepts; internet; e-mail; navigation of computer desktop, including starting programs, using files, and windows, effectively use navigation buttons and tool bars; ability to self-manage online HR services and online training programs

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
Estimated Weekly Rate: $2069 per week
