About This Role
As the Sr Graphic Designer, you are responsible for leading the creative execution of concepts and design projects with the ability to design, manage, and cascade all aspects thoroughly. Types of deliverables include omni-channel campaigns, promotions, branding, style guides, concepting, mailers, circulars, innovation projects, and any other tasks assigned to you by the Creative Manager.
What You’ll Do
Responsible for concept, design and photography direction of various print and digital communications, from intake through to delivery
Collaborates with Creative Managers, peers, partners, and digital, production and project management teams to identify project needs, produce compelling concepts, and deliver finished product to support the brand objective
Demonstrates the ability to push ideas, innovate, evolve the brand, and make suggestions pertaining to the identification of critical elements and alternatives to implement the most appropriate solution
Prepares for presentations and presents with ease with ability to influence (or pivot) with creative leadership and business partners
Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects. Adheres to all standards and SOPs, including processes, file naming conventions, artwork release methods, appropriate electronic filing of artwork on server, etc
Creates style guides, communicates creative file releases, and maintains a highly organized folder structure, keeping server up to date with the latest design files
Works on projects that are moderately complex to high concept and non-routine but can also jump in to support peers and help move along production jobs
Manages your own workload, keeps project tasks on time and keeps Creative Manager and Project Managers up to date on project statuses
Stays abreast of the latest trends, cultural movements, and creative expressions. Stays on the forefront of creativity and shares judiciously with the team

Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in senior designer or art director roles
Understanding of how to create, adhere to, build upon, and carry out brand standards, style guidelines, and toolkits
Exhibits problem-solving and decision-making skills, and a high level of personal motivation and drive
Strategic design thinking abilities with an emphasis in ideation, navigating ambiguity, and connecting dots
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure situations with quick, real-time problem-solving skills
Requires very good communication skills with ability to state messages in a clear manner by using language that is easy for others to understand
Ability to provide, interpret, and analyze business needs to help identify opportunities or solutions for the objective at hand - and then go one step beyond
Positive, motivated, collaborative team player
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to detail
Expert in Adobe programs, especially inDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, Outlook, BrandFolder or any DAM systems, Wrike or any project management tool
Must have knowledge of prepress methods in order to produce printable artwork.
