By joining our team as a Program Supervisor, you will provide skill-building support to individuals living in group homes within our communities.Our individuals served are developing the skills necessary to maintain their independence while living with special needs including intellectual and developmental disabilities, severe and persistent mental health, and complex medical needs.You will work alongside the individuals leading them to achieve the highest quality of life and highest level of independence possible.
Our supportive services are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. Supports may include daily living skills such as meal preparation and planning, general budgeting, housekeeping, medical appointment tracking, positive social interactions, and community engagement.You will work as a part of a team of professionals all acting to enhance the quality of life for those we support.Above all, team members provide the opportunity of freedom otherwise not possible.This is a great opportunity to gain supervisory experience while still directly making a difference in the lives of the people we serve on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year related work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
- A compassionate approach and a commitment to quality in everything you do
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve
- Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained
