We are looking for someone who has:

Background in customer service, preferably in the real estate or housing industry.
The ability to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer issues effectively, and navigate challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
Capability of working independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues
Strong computer skills to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment
Passion towards providing excellent customer service, maintaining the integrity of our platform, and contributing to the success of our housing agency
Solution-based mindset with interest in maintenance projects.

Professional level of English
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Relevant qualifications
Inbound call experience preferable
Ideally 1-2 years of customer service/content moderation/facilities experience
