SETTING:	PT - OP clinic affiliated with main hospital (in Meeker CO)
START DATE:	Target 12/30
GUARANTEE:	40 hrs/wk
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH:	13 wks
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE:	Ideally 2+ Looking for a Physical Therapist who is dynamic ready to run and manage their own outpatient clinic who has experience with dry needling, custom orthotics fitting and has great interest in post-operative total joint rehab.
STAFF:	Will be sole PT at this clinic - can discuss details on PIV
EMR:	Meditech
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:	Will discuss on PIV
SCHEDULE:	Mon-Fri with an occasional Sat if an ortho surgery is scheduled for Friday
