Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for Hazard ARH Regional Medical Center a part of the Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH) located in Hazard, Kentucky. ARH, is ranked as one of the Top 10 Employers in Kentucky by Forbes Magazine, is a not-for-profit health system operating 14 hospitals between Kentucky and West Virginia. Hazard Regional Medical Center has a wide variety of patients, consisting of Critical Care, Med-Surg, cardiology, Rehab, LTAC, Oncology, and Behavior Health. You will be working with a great team of Dietitians. You will have the flexibility of hybrid work from home and working on site. Hazard provides an adventurous outdoor living experience, with opportunities hiking, kayaking, canoeing, walking trails, ATV trails and swimming.

The successful candidate will:
- provide nutritional care for a variety of inpatient units;
- perform quality improvement initiatives such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays;
- educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses; and
- precept dietetic interns.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) (Note: For those seeking registration after 2023, this must be a master’s degree)
Credentials Requirement:
- Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
- Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
