Job Description
As an Order Support Agent for the Large Product Fulfilment Team, you’ll resolve delivery and installation issues for our clients. An Order Support Agent is responsible for the resolving of customer escalations via phone, emails, and/or forms related to install and delivery services to include but not limited to; product/property damage, system issues, product availability, reschedules, and status updates. You’ll work daily with retail stores, field support and external customers. You’ll need to demonstrate effective relationship-building skills, polished communication and a commitment to improving customer experiences.
This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. Candidates are expected to work the closing shift 12:30pm-9:00pm CST.
What you’ll do
- Deliver resolutions to customers in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Develop root cause analysis on every issue escalation to improve Geek Squad processes
- Work with business partners to resolve escalations within service level agreement time frames
- Communicate when product and service delays occur
- Create clear, concise, and up-to-date documentation
- Collect insights and provides feedback to the relevant teams to help our people continuously improve
Basic qualifications
- 1 year of contact center, services, merchant, retail or related experience
- Available to work all shifts including nights and weekends
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Wired high speed internet

- Previous Leadership experience
