We are currently looking for a full-time IT Analyst to add to our team. Successful candidates will be self-driven, highly motivated, team players, and be able to work effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As an IT Analyst you will be responsible for handling helpdesk tickets and projects related to technology, software, hardware and services for our headquarters and field employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of technological tools; strong communication and customer service skills when dealing with users with varying levels of technical literacy; be highly motivated to learn new things; self-organized when managing multiple competing priorities; and work well within a team. This position will involve learning how technology is utilized for our company, maintaining and supporting those systems, and helping to influence technological direction, working directly with IT Senior Management and the rest of the team to solve problems as efficiently and effectively as possible. Occasional travel to field offices (including but not limited to Chicago, IL, Ft. Wayne, IN, Indianapolis, IN, St. Louis, MO, and Tulsa, OK) will be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
· Provide quality technical customer support for users via tickets and in-person to our HQ and field users as needed. This is NOT a remote job. Being on-site WILL BE REQUIRED
· Deploying and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, network equipment and mobile devices.
· Support, maintain and configure a wide range of third-party technical software services.
· Work with the rest of the IT team and other parts of the organization to complete larger technical projects.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC:
· CompTIA A+ or equivalent work experience and technical knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Self-motivated, proactive and well organized.
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Strong understanding of computer troubleshooting from hardware to OS to networking.
· Excited and curious about technology with a strong desire to learn new things and solve problems.
· Any advanced computer skills, i.e. command line, scripting/programming, databases, VOIP etc, are a plus, but not required.
