Job Summary
- The Cardiac Rehab RN is accountable for directing and administering Phase II Cardiac Rehab.
- This includes patient referral, admission, exercise session implementation and monitoring and discharge from Phase II Cardiac and coordinating the educational programs.
Education and/or Experience
- Associate’s degree is required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience with cardiac monitoring required.
- Experience in critical or emergency care including experience in dysrhythmia recognition and life support procedures.
- 1-2 years of experience is required.
- 3-5 years of experience is preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Current licensure with the State of SD as a Registered Nurse or multi-state licensure is required.
- Current CPR and ACLS certification is required.
Work Schedule
- Day shifts as needed; PRN
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
