Compensation: $17-$19/hour (depending on experience)
*1st and 2nd Shifts Available*What You'll Do:This role is responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, repairing, and resolving technical problems on electronic equipment and components. It involves troubleshooting electronics devices at the component level, resolving integration and configuration issues, and performing tasks such as circuit analysis, waveform calculations, fault isolation, prom programming, and signal flow tracing.
- Utilize knowledge of electronics and digital components (15%)
- Apply skills in electronic fundamentals and logic (10%)
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints (10%)
- Perform through hole and surface soldering (25%)
- Operate and interpret measurements from multi meters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators-analyzers (15%)
- Troubleshoot electronics devices at the board level (25%)
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Maintain attendance and punctuality standards
What We're Looking For:- High School Diploma required; General Studies field preferred
- Certifications such as A+ and IPC preferred
- Proficiency in 10-key operation and basic data entry
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions accurately
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform detailed fault isolation
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with clean room environments and ESD protection protocols
- Willingness to work occasional non-standard hours or overtime as needed
